All builders, remodeling contractors and trade partners that are involved in the home building industry should consider investing in membership.  We cannot imagine why anyone would not be a part of our association.  Nationally, about one-third of NAHB members are home builders and/or remodelers, while the remaining two-thirds work in closely related fields such as building product suppliers, mortgage financing, realtors, etc.  CRBA is unique because almost half of our members are residential builders and remodelers.

Be sure to check out our member benefits along with testimonials from a few of our members on the About Us page.

A quick membership comparison chart is below.

Builder Members     (Download an Application)
Builder members are directly involved in building homes and include small-volume builders, production builders, remodeling contractors, and light commercial builders.  Dues for Builder Members are $400 per year.  Builder members must provide one primary contact for the association and may add Affiliate Members to their company’s record for a discounted rate.  See more on Affiliate Members below.

Associate Members     (Download an Application)
Associate members provide products or services to home builders. They sell lumber, windows, appliances, etc. or offer services such as mortgage financing.  Associate Members' dues are $400 per year.   Associate members must also provide one primary contact for the association and may add Affiliate Members to their company’s record for a discounted rate.  See Affiliate Members below.

Affiliate Members     (Download an Affiliate Application)
The Affiliate Member category was designed by NAHB to reach out to the employees of Builder and Associate members, enabling more industry professionals to reap the rewards of NAHB membership at a fraction of the cost of a full membership.  CRBA instituted the Affiliate Membership and is pleased to offer the discounted rate of $100 per Affiliate Member.  Be sure to check out the chart below for a comparison of benefits for Affiliate Members.

Student Members
Student members study building-related subjects at their high school, vocational school, technical school, community college or university. Students join NAHB by becoming members of their student chapter.  Louisiana State University offers an excellent Construction Management Course and has an active student chapter.  For information, call 1-225-578-8754.
